Avocado Ice-Cream

Avocado is a fruit that is native to South and Central America as well as the Caribbean. Usually the key ingredient in guacamole, that great flavorful dip, but have you ever thought about Avocado in Ice-Cream? Mrs. Laura Forde submitted to us a recipe that she used to make Acovado Ice-Cream. Check out the video below.

You will need these ingredients :-

•  2 ripe avocados
• 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 473 ml heavy cream
• 1 3/4 tsp lime juice
