Remember if the beach is your pleasure, then Antigua and Barbuda is the place to be?. Well we weren’t kidding with 365 beaches you have a plethora of beaches to choose from, that’s one for every day of the year by our count. These beaches are not only plentiful but they are quality, with the water being a crystal clear turquoise blue, not to mention Antigua and Barbuda are one of the few islands where you can find pink shell beaches one of which being a 17-mile long pristine, untouched pink shell beach in Barbuda, truly a wonderful sight.
Culture
Antigua and Barbuda is largely a mix of West African and British Culture, and the people there make you feel right at home. There is never a moment when you are not greeted with a friendly smile, nor will you ever be lost as help is always there. The people of Antigua and Barbuda really do enhance the beauty of these two islands.
The food is just as good. Caribbean cuisine is oh so delectable and Antigua has it’s own flavor. The national dish is Fungee and Pepper-pot, something that you must try. And we will be posting a Fungee and Pepper-pot recipe soon, so try it out.

The Beach is one thing but as Antigua and Barbuda tourism board puts it “The beach is only the beginning”. Hiking, Zip-Lining, Exploring historical sights, are just a few of the many things to do in Antigua and Barbuda, A follow-up article will focus on some more of the things to do in Antigua.
