Lay-Aways
Want to make sure you get your child’s school uniforms before they sell out but don’t have all the money to buy them just yet? No problem!
With our Layaway service, you pay half the total of your purchase, and we will ‘lay away’ your purchase for you until you return with the balance.
Special Ordered Skirts
For July/August, we take special orders for school pleated skirts, so if your child doesn’t fit into the ‘regular’ sizes available at our store, don’t worry, as we have them covered. We take measurements ourselves and have your order ready within two weeks from the moment we cut it.
(Please note that we take orders up to waist 34. Child must be present for their measurements to be taken at moment of placing order. A deposit of half the total order is required at point of placing order)
School Logos
School Logos are a great way of differentiating your school from other schools which may have a similar uniform. At School Zone, we sell pre-crested shirts for many schools, as well as we provide the service of assisting schools in creating a new logo, should they want one. Our logos are done via screen-printing and are relatively inexpensive as compared to embroidery.
Flexible Order Plans
Ok, so you have just started up a school and want a different uniform from all the other schools, or, you have had this school established for a number of years now, but the population of your school is still rather modest, so you may be experiencing some difficulty with your uniform being widely available for
purchase by the parents….or, you may just not want to deal with the stress of
uniforms, after all, your focus is on education not on clothes, so you give each
parent a uniform sketch and leave it up to them to have the uniforms individually sewn, …..and what happens? You see so many different versions of your sketch coming in on your students as uniforms that you wonder if they all had the same sketch to follow. Needless to say, there is no uniformity. What can you do in these instances?
We have a solution for you.
We offer flexible order plans for schools who find themselves in situations such as these. What does it involve? It’s simple. We confirm with you what uniform style you would like to have. We have a sample made for you to ensure we have met your vision. We would also let you know the pricing at this stage. Once you have approved uniform and price, you arrange with the parents of your students to have them place their orders at School Zone.
You do not have to worry about handling money for deposits or dealing with
stocking uniforms at the school etc., as we take care of everything. When the
parents bring the children to us, we measure and size them, and place an order for the requested uniforms. At this point, we request a deposit of half the total order to reserve it. We then cut and sew the uniforms in bulk, and once the individual orders are ready, the parents are contacted to come in and collect the uniforms after settling their balances.
We already have this arrangement in place for a number of schools, and they are happy that they can focus on doing what they do best….teaching, and that they don’t have to deal with any stresses related to uniforms.
